How Do You Spell The Name Of The Devil/demon That Sounds Like ‘theratis’ Or ‘theratus’?

Heard it in a list of names and can’t work out how to spell it. Can’t find it anywhere on Google, and it’s not in the biblical list so don’t just post that one. It’s definitely supposed to mean a devil or demon – other names in the list were Beelzebub, Baalzebul, Mammon, Abaddon, Asmodeus, Satan, Lucifer and the Ancient Enemy.

Could you be looking for Thanatos?
“In Greek mythology, Thanatos (in Ancient Greek, ??????? – “Death”) was the Daemon personification of Death and Mortality. He was a minor figure in Greek mythology, often referred to but rarely appearing in person”
